I had a delightful stay at Izumisano Center Hotel Kansai International Airport. The room was spacious and clean, featuring a relaxing massage chair that added a touch of luxury. The proximity to the metro station made my travels seamless, and the free airport shuttle service was very timely.
No coffee provided in the room.

I found the overall feel of the room somewhat 'used,' which detracted from the experience—it could really use some freshening up. The breakfast left much to be desired, with a basic selection that wasn't kept warm. the nearby dining options were limited, making it tricky to find meals outside of the hotel. Lastly, I was disappointed to learn that extra pillows weren't available, which felt out of place for a hotel of this size. it felt like they were missing a few important details.

Spacious and clean room. the kids loved having a separate bathroom. Friendly staff and a great breakfast selection. very close to Izumisano station made our travel very easy.
We had to request extra pillows, which were not available. a little more attention to guests' needs would be appreciated.

definitely want to stay in that area again
The family room we had was spacious with a private bathroom, large shower, and even a cozy sofa. Snacks were easy with the fridge and electric kettle. Great views from the upper floors! the check-in was a breeze and they had cool bag scales for luggage. Breakfast was nice too!
